		<description>Umami is the only descriptive that should ever describe a good beer. Sweet is for wine. Sour goes with your whiskey. Salty doesn&#039;t belong in any beverage. Bitter can only work with sweet, giving that balance you mentioned. I&#039;ve always known umami. It is the flavor of earth and THE flavor of autumn. Yes, I&#039;ve known umami as have we all. We just called that taste &quot;good&quot;.</description>
